The Barangay Central e-Government System is an online platform that allows residents to request various barangay services digitally, including clearances, certificates, and filing complaints. It's designed to make government services more accessible, efficient, and transparent.
The system is available to all residents of Barangay Central, Quezon City, and authorized representatives with legitimate business in the barangay. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account independently.
Yes, you can submit requests online 24/7. However, processing of requests happens during regular office hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM). The system may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
Account & Registration
Managing your account and registration process
Click on the "Register" button on the login page and fill out the registration form with your personal information. You'll need to provide a valid email address and mobile number for verification. Once registered, wait for the approval of the barangay. After approval, you can log in and start requesting services.
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your registered User ID (Resident ID), and we'll send you instructions to your email to reset your password. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact our barangay.
No, each person is allowed only one active account. Multiple accounts may be flagged and suspended. If you need to update your information, please edit your existing account profile.

You can request various documents including Barangay Clearance, Certificate of Residency, Certificate of Indigency, Business Clearance, and more. You can also file complaints and access community announcements.
Processing times vary by document type. Generally, clearances and certificates take 3-5 business days. You can check the status of your request anytime by logging into your account or checking your email. Rush processing may be available for certain documents and services.
Requirements vary by service. Common documents include a valid government-issued ID, proof of residency (utility bills, rental contract), and recent passport-sized photos. Specific requirements will be emailed to you with detailed instructions.
